Our current data structure is adapted from the data dictionary defined by the Host Genetics Initiative, in order to facilitate comparison of HLA analyses with genome-wide efforts.
All deposited data are embargoed by default upon submission. Data access and sharing is under the complete control of the data owner/submitter.
